DeMedics managed the anti-doping operations for the All Africa Games, playing a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of the event hosted in Accra. Responsibilities included supplying World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)-approved testing kits, engaging accredited laboratories for analysis, and coordinating sample transportation logistics. By adhering to strict confidentiality and rigorous reporting protocols, DeMedics ensured compliance with international standards, safeguarding fair play and athlete safety. This role was critical in fostering transparency and trust, reinforcing the credibility of the games on an international stage​​.
